Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing

immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. After returning your order, we will process a refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected 'Shipping Protection', you will have the option to reship or receive a refund if your order is lost in transit.

Lost/Missing Packages

We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility at no extra cost.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing, you agree that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
